The Service includes:

User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

Free Beta Access

GuestMagnet.io is currently in beta. During the beta period, the following terms apply:

  • Free subscribers receive up to 5 AI analyses per month at no charge.
  • Beta features may change, be modified, or be discontinued without prior notice.
  • The Service is provided “as is” during the beta period, and we make no guarantees regarding uptime or availability.
  • We reserve the right to modify usage limits, introduce paid plans, or change pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not:

  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringes on third-party rights.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any part of the Service.

AI-Generated Content

The recommendations, descriptions, and analyses provided by GuestMagnet.io are generated by artificial intelligence and are advisory in nature. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated suggestions are not guaranteed to produce specific results such as increased bookings or revenue.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to implement any AI-generated recommendations.
  • AI outputs may occasionally contain inaccuracies or suggestions that may not suit your specific property or market.
  • GuestMagnet.io does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the GuestMagnet.io platform — including the website design, AI algorithms, branding, and documentation — are owned by GuestMagnet.io and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all photos and content you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your uploaded content solely for the purpose of delivering the analysis service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GuestMagnet.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of revenue, bookings, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at contact@guestmagnet.io. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which GuestMagnet.io operates.
